Elite Cavaliers

We are very proud to be able to coach 5 select teams this spring.  Our age groups range from 9U to 14U, and we play in some of the most competitive tournaments across the country.

A.A.I.T.

Attitude.  The way a person views something or tends to behave towards it.

--attitude is reflective in your beliefs and actions

Approach.  The method used, or steps taken in setting about a task.

--staying within yourself..remember your role...focus on method, not the outcome

Intensity.  Great energy, strength, and concentration toward an activity, thought, or feeling.

--staying in the moment...not distracted by results or others

Toughness.  Strong and durable.  Not easily broken.

--commitment to deal with pain and failure as temporary
